The bill sponsored by Democrat Ann Kirkpatrick along with co-sponsors Raul Grijalva and Ed Pastor and Republican Paul Gosar would add about 417 acres to the National Monument, to protect archaeological sites. KJZZ's Mark Brodie spoke with Karl Cordova, the Superintendent of Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, about what's on that land, and why he wants it to be part of the monument.
