The Arizona Corporation Commission has ordered a defunct Chandler software startup to pay about half a million dollars in restitution to investors, and issued a $25,000 fine against the company for unregistered stock sales.

The default order was issued against Visionary Business Works Inc.

Visionary did business as Fleetronix — a company that provided GPS tracking systems. The venture was closed in 2015.
