For two years, Craig Allen Scherf illegally bought and injected more than 30 patients with cosmetic drugs Juvederm and Botox at a clinic in Tempe.

According to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, he bought these drugs from a manufacturer by illegally using a licensed physicians identity.

Scherf was given an 8-year prison sentence followed by 5 years of probation. He was also ordered to pay restitution to his victims.
