Notice of tax increase sent out by MCCCD May 4, 2018.

The Maricopa County Community College District is holding a public hearing on property tax increases within the district.

The new rate would increase property taxes by less than two dollars on a $100,000 home, for example. The proposed levy is exclusive of increased primary property taxes received from new construction and any changes that may occur from property tax levies for voter approved bonded indebtedness or budget and tax overrides.

The hearing is scheduled for May 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the District Support Service Center in Tempe.
