Staging along fireline the morning of Tuesday, June 5, 2018.

A human-caused wildfire in northeastern Arizona grew Tuesday to more than 5,000 acres. But, crews were able to complete a control line around the fire's perimeter as the fire is at about 20 percent containment.

Authorities lifted an evacuation order of Despain Ranch. The entire length of State Route 377 remains closed, but State Route 277 is now reopened.

"We're just asking people if they're going on that road just to be aware of the fire traffic that's out there," Apache Sitgreaves National Forest spokeswoman Iris Estes said, noting the reduced speeds on State Route 277.

Navajo County Sheriff's officials said the fire was caused by someone dragging a tailgate from a trailer.
