Prosecutor to release Fiesta Bowl investigation findings

I’m Paul Atkinson in the KJZZ Newsroom. On Wednesday morning, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery will release results of an investigation into alleged improprieties involving the Fiesta Bowl.
Prosecutors examined whether Fiesta Bowl employees broke the law by being reimbursed for campaign contributions to state lawmakers. Investigators also looked at whether lawmakers broke the law by accepting free trips to football games and not reporting them.
