A conference taking place Thursday and Friday in Phoenix is focusing on cybersecurity in the medical field. It’s bringing together policy-makers, clinicians, device makers, hospital companies, hackers and others to talk about ways to make devices less susceptible to hacking.
Dr. Christian Dameff is one of the CyberMed Summit’s organizers. He’s an emergency-room physician at UC San Diego and an alum of the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
