University of Arizona men’s basketball coach Sean Miller has received notice that he’ll be subpoenaed to testify in a federal corruption case.

That’s according to multiple unnamed sources cited by Yahoo Sports. Louisiana State University coach Will Wade was also reported to have received the notice.

The case is linked to college basketball recruiting.

One of Miller’s former assistant coaches, Emanuel “Book” Richardson, pleaded guilty last month to a federal bribery charge. Richardson said he took $20,000 in exchange for steering players to a particular agent.

Miller’s testimony would be April 22. The University of Arizona declined to comment.

ESPN reports the school has denied multiple public records requests seeking Miller’s cell phone records, his correspondence with University officials, and any subpoenas the school has received from the federal government. UA has cited to ESPN “the balancing test established by the Arizona courts to protect the best interests of the state."
