Rep. Paul Gosar questions Michael Cohen on Feb. 27, 2019.

Over the weekend, "Saturday Night Live" took a few jabs at Republican members who oversaw Wednesday's hearing of convicted former presidential attorney Michael Cohen.

Among the members lampooned was Arizona's own Congressman Paul Gosar, who was portrayed by "SNL" actor Kyle Mooney.

He portrayed an angry Gosar as he called Cohen a "disgraced lawyer" and stumbled while trying to call him a "pathological liar."

"Yeah, I just want to say one thing, Mr. Crowen," Mooney shouted on the makeshift courtroom stage as he butchered Cohen's name and Gosar's actual words, "you are a ... patho-ri-ri-rogical liar! You don't even know truth from frictionals!"

The skit also mocked Gosar and his fellow GOP members for questioning Cohen while seated in front of a large poster with the words "Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire" printed beneath the former attorney's photo.
