A wildfire, referred to as the Mill Fire, about seven miles southwest of Crown King has already burned 163 acres.

Dolores Garcia, spokesperson for the Bureau of Land Management, said the fire did get some precipitation today and they’re anticipating more this afternoon.

"Right now, because of the rain we did get up through the area, we have not put firefighters into the area because of how wet it is," said Garcia.

The area is also rough and remote so firefighters are standing by to determine an action plan.

To keep up with the fire, the BLM is continuously updating their Fire Situation Maps and Twitter.
