Phoenix has the lowest taxpayer debt burden among the ten most populous American cities, according to a new report released Tuesday morning.

The data come from the group Truth in Accounting, whose report still gives Phoenix a "D" grade.

The Show spoke with the group's founder and CEO, Sheila Weinberg.
