The Arizona State University Police Department is warning of sex traffickers targeting parties.

Although no reports of sex trafficking have been made at the school, ASU police posted a safety bulletin informing of a “disturbing trend that could affect ASU students.”

Dominique Roe-Sepowitz is the director of the ASU Office of Sex Trafficking Intervention Research (STIR).

"The things are: See something say something, have a buddy system with your friends, be aware that sex trafficking can happen to anyone, that sex traffickers are looking for vulnerable people to exploit,” she said.

Roe-Sepowitz said STIR has found that there are many victims of sex crimes at colleges, including ASU.
