Carmen Medina

As former deputy director of intelligence for the CIA, Carmen Medina helped lead the digital evolution of the spy agency.

She’s in Arizona, a guest of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations, for a talk on the future of American foreign policy.

Medina spent 32 years in intelligence and is also the co-author of the book "Rebels at Work: A Handbook for Leading Change from Within."

She joined The Show to talk about her career.
