A Valley couple involved in a $2 million dollar food-stamp fraud case has been ordered to repay the funds. Their sentencing also involves prison time and probation.

Prosecutors said Bernard Le-Uh was sentenced to four years in prison and three years supervised probation. His wife, Monica, got two years supervised probation.

They both pleaded guilty to charges related to fraudulently charging the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) for cash and then splitting the money with the SNAP recipient.

The scheme was run out of their Glendale store. Prosecutors said about $2.3 million in illegal transactions took place between 2010 and 2014.
