If you’re feeling overwhelmed by COVID-19, the ASU Center for the Advanced Study and Practice of Hope has a new video series that could help. The center and Phoenix-based youth program Kids at Hope are hosting weekly online forums to remind people to stay positive.

Kids at Hope founder Rick Miller started the free forums to help participants build skills to stay positive. Miller says that can be just as important as learning how to do your part to control the spread of the virus.

“Every so often, you need a good walk around the block. Every so often, you need a good glass of water, right? Every so often, you just need a big dose of hope," Miller said.

The forums are scheduled to continue for at least the next three Wednesdays at 11 a.m. You can learn more and register online at kidsathope.org
