The Tempe FanCon at the city’s public library returns on Saturday, Jan. 27.

Artists and cosplayers will abound, celebrating comics. Numerous games as well as activities will fill the day.

One of the highlights this year is a Scooby Doo-themed escape room.

Plus, those who attend will get the chance to take selfies with other costumed-characters. Local food trucks will have food for sale as well.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Tempe Library Plaza.
