Maricopa County Board of Supervisors tightens security after chaotic Feb. 28 meeting

The tightening of security comes after a chaotic scene in the body’s chamber following a Feb. 28 meeting.
Video recorded by Maricopa County after the Board adjourned shows security telling a group of about 15 people to leave as they accuse security of censoring free speech.
Hot microphones catch words including "trespassing."
“You are protecting and serving cowards. And you are silencing our voices. And that is tyranny. Do you understand that? Guess not, right? We’ll see. How do you think revolutions start?” and unidentified member of the crowd says to a county official near the podium.
Shortly after, Michelle Klann reads her statement to the no-longer present Board from the podium.
“Due to the voter fraud, you’ve never been formally voted in. Acting as if you are authority over the people is a direct act of treason,” Klann said.
When the speech is over, the video shows most of the crowd following Klann toward the exit. One person wears a hat that says MAGA and another has on a JFK Jr. jersey.
Board Chair Jack Sellers said in a statement that what happened is part of a months-long pattern of disruptive behavior.
