Operation Fast and Furious investigation winding down

The government's investigation into the gunwalking program Operation Fast and Furious is wrapping up, with the sentencing Wednesday of some of the final suspects. But major questions remain about why federal officials decided allowing guns to be carried across the border was a good policy.
