Thirty-nine years old is still quite young, but it’s ancient in the world of the National Football League.

And 39-year-old Tom Brady, quarterback for the New England Patriots, will be back in the Super Bowl next weekend.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald led the NFL in catches this season, and he’s 33.

So how are Brady, Fitzgerald and countless others doing it?

To learn more, we spoke with Phoenix Suns’ vice president of Athlete Care Aaron Nelson, and we visited the EXOS training facility in Phoenix to talk with performance specialist Tristan Rice.
