Former Arizona legislator and Justice of the Peace Keith Allan Bee of San Tan Valley was sentenced yesterday to six months in prison for tax fraud. 

Bee owns a company providing school bus transportation and previously pleaded guilty to one count of willingly filing a false tax return. 

Bee also admitted to inflating business expenses to reduce profits and taxes he owed from 2011 to 2013. He admitted the tax loss resulting from his actions was more than $214,000.
