The company Optum Rx opened its largest pharmacy fulfillment center in the country in Mesa this week. 

The facility is able to prepare and bundle multiple prescriptions into timed daily packages that can be delivered to customers.

The facility is expected to employ about 300 people. Optum employs 5,500 people in Arizona already.
