Maricopa Community Colleges

The Maricopa County Community Colleges plan to launch a new program to help veterans and their families transition from active duty to civilian life.

The Veterans Success Project is expected to create a job placement and referral center, train staff about brain injury and PTSD, and create courses specific to the needs of veterans.

The program will begin once the Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation raises the necessary funds to support the initiative.

KJZZ is licensed to the Maricopa Community College District.
