The Phoenix City Council votes to reverse an earlier vote banning spoken prayers at meetings.

Following another lengthy debate Wednesday night on how the Phoenix City Council should begin its meetings — with or without verbal prayers — a  majority of members pulled a 180 of sorts.

KJZZ’s Christina Estes spoke about what the council decided to do.
