Water is on the minds of most of people every day in the Valley. Are we using too much? How is the drought affecting what we can do? What are elected leaders and water experts looking into to see whether dramatic changes are needed?

The Morrison Institute’s Kyl Center for Water Policy is unveiling what could be a significant way to measure what communities in Arizona are doing about water supplies. It’s being called the Water Index.
