When you think about photos you’ve seen of the national parks, a few names come to mind. But one of those names is probably not George Grant.

Grant was a staff photographer with the National Park Service – he worked for the agency from 1929-54, and took a lot of pictures of different parks across the country.

Some of them are featured in the September issue of Arizona Highways magazine.

Ren and Helen Davis wrote "Landscapes for the People: George Alexander Grant, First Chief Photographer of the National Park Service." They join KJZZ's The Show.
