Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey has signed a law that some disability rights advocates say is a big loss.

The legislation deals with Arizona's version of the Americans With Disabilities Act and what some say is the growing problem of lawsuits. 

The law loosens requirements for businesses to be in compliance.
