President Donald Trump's commission investigating alleged voter fraud in the 2016 elections has asked states for a list of voter data, if state law allows it to be public. In Arizona, that’s a lot of information.

A spokeswoman for Secretary of State Michele Reagan said the office has not yet received a letter from the commission, but she is consulting county recorders to determine how to proceed when she does.

Karen Loschiavo is with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. She said publicly available information includes, “a full name, party preference, date of registration, resident’s address, mailing address if it’s different, ZIP code, telephone number, birth year, your voting history for all the elections in the prior four years — that does not mean how you voted, only if you voted and all data relating to your early-voting requests.”

Loschiavo said the only information that is confidential is the month and day of you birth, your Social Security number, driver’s license number, father or mother’s maiden name, your state and country of birth and your signature.
