Five-Year Plan Leaked From U.S. Interior Department

The so-called Zinke Plan for U.S. public lands — attributed to Interior Department Secretary Ryan Zinke — has come into clearer focus with a five-year plan leaked from the agency. It has wiped out any mentions of climate change and will speed up permitting for oil and gas drilling permits.
