Changes might be coming to the state’s medical marijuana rules.

The Arizona Department of Health Services is looking for public input on its newest revisions. The proposed changes include reducing frees for a variety of qualified patients, including those over 65, veterans and hospice patients.

Possible changes also include adding post-traumatic stress disorder as a qualifying condition and clarifying which card holders can grow marijuana.

These changes are based on comments that the health department received on previous drafts of the rules. The department plans to have the revised rules in effect next summer.

Medical marijuana was approved by Arizona voters in 2010.
