Thousands of people are expected to seek free dental and medical are at the Phoenix Convention Center Monday through Wednesday.

The public encouraged to come early, as all services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Security is provided for those who camp overnight.

A no-cost medical and dental clinic is coming to the Phoenix Convention Center — for three days only. A long list of services will be available on first-come, first-served basis Monday through Wednesday.

If you come to the clinic, called Your Best Pathway to Health, you don’t have to bring money, insurance, or even identification.

The only thing that is required, Costin Jordache said, “is a human being.”

Jordache is a spokesman for the all-volunteer humanitarian effort of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, which brings these clinics to one or two cities each year.

The services offered range from the simple, such as dental cleanings and eyeglass fittings, to ones that require sedation, including colonoscopies.

All are completely free, Jordache said.

“This is a first-come, first-serve environment,” he said. “There is no preference given to anyone, other than if you make it to the convention center early.”

The clinic opens at runs from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, and from 7 a.m. to noon Wednesday. Jordache said it’s “extremely” common for people to camp out the night before to secure their spot, especially for dental procedures, with often have the longest lines.
