With the state staring at another significant shortfall, Governor Doug Ducey has decided that cutting millions from the state's public universities was one path to take. 

We talked about that with Eileen Klein, president of the Arizona Board of Regents.

And James Palmer of Illinois State University told us how other states have funded higher education since the great recession.
