Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a lawsuit Friday morning against the Biden administration's vaccine mandate that starts in January

He filed the lawsuit in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals to challenge the Occupational Safety and Health Administration mandate for employers of 100 or more employees to have their workers vaccinated.

The alternative: get tested for COVID-19 weekly.

Ten states have filed suit against the administration along with Arizona.

Brnovich along with Gov., Doug Ducey argue the mandate is unconstitutional and infringes on personal liberties.

Last month, President Joe Biden threatened to revoke Arizona’s ability to handle its own workplace safety due to refusing to adopt rules to protect health care workers from the virus.

COVID-19 is currently the leading cause of death in Arizona.
