It’s that time of year when a lot of us are hitting the road, heading out on road trips across the country. Often, to visit some of the most awe-inspiring places in the country: our national parks. There’s a new podcast out from the Washington Post that might be a good primer.
It’s called Field Trip, and it's hosted by Lillian Cunningham. She spoke with The Show about the beginnings of the national parks and how they go back even further in U.S. history than you might think.
