Trulieve marijuana company sues former workers, suppliers in Maricopa County

Trulieve Cannabis Corporation, aka Harvest, has filed a lawsuit in Maricopa County Superior Court alleging civil racketeering and fraud were part of a kickback scheme planned years ago.
At the center of the case are two former Truelieve employees responsible for buying marijuana products from outside companies to be sold in Trulieve stores.
Trulieve alleges that part of their kickback scheme was to get product makers to slightly and unnoticeably raise their price.
Then, the company claims, the Trulieve employees had the supplier pay them the difference between the real and fake amount.
Another part of the supposed plan was to charge suppliers monthly consulting fees in exchange for having Truelieve buy their product.
Online court records list no attorneys representing any of the defendants so far.
