For anyone with ovaries, it’s a trying time of life. It’s full of fun symptoms like hot flashes and anxiety, and it comes with the added bonus of feeling like you’re getting old. 

But, KJZZ’s Kathy Ritchie wants to change all of that. And that’s what she’s doing in her new podcast from KJZZ Hear Arizona out Wednesday, called Period, The End (But Not Really). She joined The Show to talk more about it.
