A publicly traded company that makes marijuana products says it has closed the sale of its only licensed operation in Arizona.

A news release from Cresco Labs says $6.5 million in cash was the price paid by an affiliate of an Arizona-based company for a dispensary located west of downtown Phoenix.

Stocks in the Chicago-based Cresco Labs are traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
