Kari Lake may be running for Senate, but her legal challenges of the 2022 election continue in court.
And, at the center of those are questions about Arizona’s signature verification process. She’s claimed that fraudulent signatures on ballots contributed to her narrow loss to Gov. Katie Hobbs last year.
Jen Fifield has covered Arizona's election system from every angle since then as a reporter for VoteBeat. And she recently found herself sitting in front of a computer screen at Maricopa County’s elections headquarters in downtown Phoenix trying it out.
