Your design could be on Maricopa County's 'I voted' stickers this year

Do you want to see your design on the “I voted” stickers passed out during elections? The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office is now taking submissions for its first-ever sticker design contest.
The contest includes a category open to adults 18 and over who are registered voters in Maricopa County, and a category for kids 17 and younger who are enrolled in a Maricopa County school or homeschool equivalent.
"Hopefully we'll get some clever contributions," said Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer.
The Recorder's Office will narrow down submissions to choose 10 finalists in each category, then the public will vote on those designs.
Richer said the goal is to boost engagement ahead of this year’s elections.
“The more people that are going onto our website and seeing that they can find out where all the voting locations are and seeing where they can track their ballot, the better,” Richer said.
The two winning designs will be added to the assortment of stickers passed out to voters during the August primary elections and November general elections this year. Six classic stickers including "Phil the Ballot" and the Maricopa County skyline design will still be available.
The Recorder's Office will accept design submissions through March 15. Online voting will run March 25 through April 7. Winners will be announced April 8. More contest information is available at recorder.maricopa.gov.
